How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All our orders are shipped within 48 hours on average. This shipping time corresponds to the moment the order is placed, until the package leaves our warehouse.
Our delivery times are 10 to 20 working days after dispatch.

An item does not suit me, can I get a refund?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not suit you, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service by email at: helpme@oeil-bleu.com.

Our customer service will tell you:

  1. Either the address of our factory to return your package. After reception, we will proceed to the refund of your order.
  2. Or if you wish, a discount coupon code of the total value of your purchase. You will be able to use this coupon on a future order, which will cancel, by compensation, your first purchase.
  3. Either an exchange with the sending of a new pair.

I have not received my entire order, is this normal?

It is possible, in particular for stock reasons, that your items may be sent separately. In this case, the parcels may arrive a few days later. If your parcels are still not received within 28 days maximum after your order, please contact our customer service.

I have not received a Oeil-Bleu® pouch, is this normal?

Oeil-Bleu® bags are not included in the sale price of your glasses. It is a gift, offered free of charge from us. 🎁

However, for the reasons mentioned below, you may not receive your Blue-Eye® pouch and cloth:

  • Out of stock of pouches / rag
  • Change of supplier
  • Logistical problem

If this is the case, we are sincerely sorry and would like to apologize.

No worries, you can always claim your Blue-Eye® pouch and cloth by contacting us by email at "informations@oeil-bleu.com". (Subject: Pouch). The team will pick you up and make sure to send you the pouch and cloth as soon as possible.
